Bahçelievler which means "houses with gardens" in Turkish is a district located in the European part of Istanbul, Turkey. Further, it shares borders with Bakırköy in the south, Küçükçekmece in the west, Bağcılar in the north, and Güngören in the east. Also, in 1992, it was separated from Bakırköy and became a district.
Real Estate in The District

Further, the area is famous for its low-rise buildings and since it is a district with a high population, there are not many new real estate projects in the central areas. However, Basin Express (which is a highway that links the most important highways in Istanbul; E5 and E80 and it is one of the fastest developing areas in Istanbul and is projected to be the new financial hub of Istanbul like the Maslak area) is located along the western border of Bahcelievler district. Therefore, This area attracts lots of investors and real estate buyers, and even companies. One more advantage of buying a residential property or commercial real estate in the district is its location as it is almost in the center of Istanbul where you can reach most of the other districts easily, especially the downtown.
