<h3>About the district</h3> Küçükçekmece is one of the largest districts in Istanbul, established around the lake of the same name in the European side of Istanbul. Avcılar district and Küçükçekmece lake are situated in the west of Kucukcekmece district. It is bordered by Başakşehir in the north, Bahçelievler in the east and Bakırköy in the south. The lake there is very nice as it has parks, cafes, restaurants. In addition, It will be part of the new promising project; Kanal Istanbul (Istanbul canal) which will be a new alternative waterway for the Bosporus canal. <h4>Transportation in the area</h4> Since the district is bordered by the E5 highway from the south, the Metrobus line passes through the southern part of the district. Metrobus line is the most important public transportation. Because one line can pass through more than 20 stations in the European and Asian parts of Istanbul. In addition, it has a dedicated lane and a high number of operating vehicles. Also, there is the Marmaray Metro line which passes through the western side of the district in the lakefront line. Also, many busses and minibusses pass through different corners of the districts. <h4>Real estate market in kucukcekmece district</h4> The district is situated between two of the most promising areas for real estate investments which are Basin express and Istanbul canal. In addition to access to public transportation. The real estate market in this area is booming and the area is expecting an increasing number of investors and house buyers.
