EMAY INSAAT

In 1995, Emay Insaat was founded in Ankara. The company has made sure to always adhere to policies that are open to innovations and development. Thanks to the engineering-based partnership structure. It began to take part in large-scale housing projects that used the tunnel formwork system and were put out to bid by the Metropolitan Municipality and TOKI after 2000. It continued to build housing projects in addition to these, beginning KentPlus Centrium Park and Tower in 2009, KentPlus Newport in 2010, Brandium Ataşehir in 2011, and KentPlus Kadköy in 2013. The 2013 completion of the Brandium Ataşehir, Newport, and KentPlus Centrium projects marked the beginning of life there. Emay Construction Inc. is proud to continue its other investments in construction, healthcare, and tourism. Despite being proudly ranked 62nd among the top 100 record holders in Turkey for 2008 Corporate Tax.
